International Plastic Bag Free Day on 3rd July 2021: Red Ribbon Club and Cultural Committee of GDC Billawar celebrated “International Plastic Bag Free Day†on 3rd July 2021. On this occasion the college organizes Intercollegiate Poster and Slogan Competition in which students from various colleges has participated. The competition was adjudged by Dr. Pinkey, Convener Red Ribbon Club, Dr. Rajni Kumari, Convener Cultural Committee and members of the organizing team.
